Planning your arrival? Here is everything you need to know about picking up your machine and getting on the road.
Standard Pick-up & Return Hours
Our rental stations in Prague, Vienna, and Barcelona are open for vehicle handover during standard business hours.
Monday – Sunday: 09:00 – 18:00 (9 AM – 6 PM)
Please aim to arrive at least 30 minutes before the closing time to complete the paperwork and bike briefing comfortably.
Out-of-Hours Service
Does your flight arrive late at night or early in the morning? We understand that travel plans don’t always fit into a 9-to-5 schedule.
Pick-up and return outside of standard business hours are available upon individual request.
- Availability: Subject to prior confirmation.
- Surcharge: An “Out-of-Hours” service fee applies (fee depends on the specific time and location).
If you need to arrange a late/early handover, please contact us in advance to confirm availability and pricing.
Return Conditions
To avoid additional charges upon return, please observe the following two golden rules:
1. Full Tank (Fuel)
We operate on a “Full-to-Full” policy. You will receive the motorcycle with a full tank of petrol.
Requirement: Please return the bike with a full tank. If the tank is not full, you will be charged for the missing fuel plus a refueling service fee.
2. Clean Motorcycle
We take pride in our fleet. You will receive a perfectly clean bike.
Requirement: Please return the motorcycle in a reasonably clean condition.
- Normal road dust? No problem.
- Heavy mud or off-road dirt? If the bike requires heavy-duty cleaning, a cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit.
Hotel & Airport Delivery
Want the bike delivered directly to your hotel door or the airport terminal? We offer delivery services within the city limits of our rental locations.
