Frequently Asked Questions

Please bring the following three items with you to the rental station:

  1. A valid Passport (or ID card for EU citizens).

  2. A valid Motorcycle Driver’s License (Category A).

  3. A Credit Card in the main rider’s name (for the security deposit).

No, an International Driving Permit is not required to rent from us. A valid motorcycle license from your home country is sufficient.

To ensure safety and insurance compliance, riders must be at least 25 years old. Specific experience requirements may vary slightly depending on the power of the motorcycle (e.g., BMW R1300GS vs smaller models). Please check the specific “Technical Data” tab on the individual motorcycle page for details.

We require a security deposit for every rental to cover potential damages or theft excess.

  • Amount: The exact amount is listed on each motorcycle’s booking page.

  • Process: We block (pre-authorize) the sum on your credit card upon pick-up. We do not charge it.

  • Release: The block is usually released within 3 business days after you return the motorcycle safe and sound.

We understand that travel plans can change. Our policy is designed to be fair:

  • 30+ days before pick-up: 100% Refund.

  • 15–30 days before pick-up: 50% Refund.

  • Less than 15 days: No Refund.
