Safety is our top priority. Our motorcycles are premium machines designed for long-distance touring. Please review the rider requirements before booking.

The same age and document requirements apply to all motorcycles in our fleet.

Documents: what to bring

  • Valid passport, or ID card for EU citizens.
  • Valid motorcycle driving licence with an open category A, held for at least 3 years.
  • Credit card in the main rider's name for the security deposit.

We do not accept temporary permits, scans or digital copies on phones. Only physical originals.

International Driving Permit

If your national licence complies with the Vienna Convention on Road Traffic, an IDP is generally not required within the EU. We recommend carrying one if your licence was issued outside the EU, and it is required where your licence is not in the Latin alphabet.

Age and experience

  • Minimum age 25 years.
  • At least 12 months of active riding experience.
  • Confidence with heavy motorcycles (200 kg+), often with a passenger and luggage.
  • Proficiency in low-speed manoeuvring and parking on inclines.

Security deposit

A security deposit is blocked (pre-authorised) on your credit card at pick-up. The card must be in the main rider's name and have a sufficient limit. We do not accept cash or debit cards that do not support pre-authorisation. The amount varies by model and is shown on each motorcycle's page.
